Nothing has launched the highly anticipated Nothing Phone (2a), which is the company’s third smartphone. The phone boasts a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED screen with up to 1300 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC, offering up to 12GB of RAM and up to 8GB of virtual RAM.
The custom Dimensity 7200 Pro SoC is designed to deliver improved display and modem power efficiency of over 10% compared to the standard Dimensity 7200. The phone runs on Android 14 with Nothing OS 2.5 and comes with a promise of 3 Android OS updates and 4 years of security patches every 2 months, similar to the Phone (1) and (2).
